Middle-aged girls need love, too. Is there anyone out
there with a big heart to give Sunny a new lease on life.
It was a miserable rainy day when two people spotted a bedraggled and
soaked to the skin dog trying to navigate the dangerous traffic at a
busy intersection. These caring humans saved her from certain injury.
Her name is Sunny and the poor girl was badly matted. Her nails were
curled painfully back into her pads. She was so bedraggled that they
couldn’t even see that she had a tail because in was tucked so far
between her legs.
After lots of caring attention and treatment … today she
is healthy and SOOOO grateful for her new life. We are looking for
someone that will guarantee that Sunny will never have another
bad day in her whole life.
ISN’T SHE CUTE?
Sunny is part sheepdog but 100% lovable.
Sunny is eight years old and weighs about 55 pounds. She is spayed and
up-to-date on her vaccinations. She doesn’t have heart worms, other
worms or any medical problems. She doesn’t chew so the remote controls
and cell phones are safe. She has learned to trust humans and is a
loyal family member. Sunny doesn’t have a mean bone in her. She loves
people, kids, other dogs and even cats. Her foster mom says, “She
takes great delight in ordinary things, her tail wags easily, she is the
gentlest soul I've ever met, she just wants to be part of a family
again.”

This girl really just wants to belong somewhere, with
another dog, possibly two, and provide love and companionship for the
rest of her life.
If you send us an application, be sure to mention that
you are interested in Sunny. And send us an email, too, at
